DJ 無也　- DJ Munari -: NEW YORK, United States; DJ MUNARI is one of the most sought after talents in the Japanese underground Hip Hop scene today. As a DJ, producer, and entrepreneur, he currently strives to bridge the gap between Tokyo and New York. Gekokujo is an ancient Japanese term, keyed from the Kamakura period (Samurai era- 1300’s), as the lower being overcomes the hierarchy. Munari’s life style portrays the true Gekokujo story of the 21st century, as he also started from scratch, but gradually made his way up. His music and true life story sheds light and inspires, those who take a listen. Munari has had countless numbers of press and media coverage over the past years.
